Victoria Fees

We ensure that all learners are provided with clear information about the fees and charges relating to their course prior to enrolling.  For some learners undergoing training you may be eligible for a government funded training place, please contact us to determine your eligibility.   Below are the 2017 tuition fees for Fee for Service training

* The student tuition fees as published are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. ** Concessions are not available for fee for service learners   Additional fees and charges applicable to all learners for 2017 are below:
Compulsory Materials Fee (for your course workbooks) $ 50
Replacement of Course Workbooks – via USB (entire qualification) $ 10
Replacement of Course Workbooks – via Hardcopy (per unit) $ 20
Reassessment Service (per unit) $ 210
RPL – Assessment Fee (per unit) $ 100
Copy of Learner Records $ 10
    Refunds We will grant a refund for the below circumstances:
  • Where our RTO cancels a course, a full refund will apply (including deposit)
  • Where an individual withdraws from a course (applicable to ineligible learners only);
  • A full refund of the fee will apply for any unit that the individual has yet to commence training
  • A 50% refund will apply for any unit that the individual has commenced but not completed. Refunds are based on the number of units in the training plan
  • If an individual has paid a fee for which is no longer required because of credit transfers, we will refund an amount equal to the difference between the fee paid and the fee payable based on the number of units to be undertaken
  • Where our RTO ceases operation, a full refund will apply (including deposit)
